He has been a regular reviewer for The Fix (formerly Zene: The Definitive Guide to the World's Independent Press), and his book reviews have appeared in The Third Alternative, on Usenet, and in the Linköping Science Fiction & Fantasy Archive.

Paul maintains The Rev-Up Review Pages, where his reviews are archived, and he is editor of the web-zine THIS WAY UP : Speculative Fiction Online.

Paul's technical writing has appeared in a host of computer magazines over many years. His articles have appeared in periodicals as diverse as Good Woodworking, Dolls House & Miniature Scene, and Scavenger's Newsletter. 

Until recently Paul was an active member of Critters online speculative fiction workshop, and is now at work on his first novel. He still finds time for numerous other writing projects.
